RECIPE / 2 INGREDIENT PANCAKES

In my world pancakes are the ideal breakfast food. However, they can be very time consuming to make, un-healthy and with my new dairy free lifestyle, very hard to come by. This recipe is amazingly easy and allows you to enjoy pancakes anytime.
All you need are 2 ingredients; eggs + a banana.
Ingedients /
2 Eggs
1 Ripe Banana
Directions /
Blend together the 2 eggs and banana to create batter
Pre-heat pan and apply any non-stick ingredient of your choosing to the pan
Using a spoon or ladle, apply one scoop of the batter to the heated pan at a time
When the batter starts to bubble, flip it over and cook the other side until brown
I added some dairy free chocolate chips in my batter & served with almond butter for some protein!
